The Northside Cottage is our newest addition to the Beach Trail family. As its name implies, it is located adjacent to the 2 story Main Cottage on the north side. Built in 1935, this classic Florida beach house has been renovated and updated keeping the original Magnolia wood paneling throughout as well as the all wood ceilings and floors. You get a real cozy feeling when you relax in this comfortable, cool setting after a day on the beach. Included are all of the amenities found in the other cottages with the addition of a private washer and dryer, a more private setting, and 2 large covered porches overlooking tropical landscaping in a quaint, shell yard.
