of 2 separate newly renovated cottages. This 2 story home was built in
1925 and has 2 private floors. The cottage offers the ever harder to find
quaint, "Old Florida" atmosphere, yet equipped with the modern
conveniences one is used to in today’s world.
The cottage is only a few minutes drive or walk to shopping and restaurants, and
two doors away from a trolley ride which allows one to explore many
miles along the gulf beaches. All cottages are a
one-hundred step walk along a beach trail to the pristine white sands
and sparkling water of Indian Rocks Beach. Our tropical landscaping,
decks, walkways, palms and oaks all contribute to creating a very
relaxing "Old Florida" feeling. Our guests from Europe, Canada and from
all over the USA have just loved their holidays spent with us.
