Renting Both Cottages

Sometimes one cottage just isn't enough! At Beach Trail Cottages you can rent both of our units (based on availability) to accommodate for family reunions, business retreats, or just to have more "space" for your traveling/vacation needs.

Renting both cottages provides you with options to sleep up to 13 people!

January - August, Mid November & December

$1600/ Week, $275 Nightly (3 night minimum)

September - Early November

25% discount off regular weekly rate (no discount for nightly rate)

Please contact us for monthly rates

Other Fees include: Security deposit, $200 cleaning fee, and 12% tax charged to all Florida renters/tourists

Deposit required at time of reservation

Check In time: 4 pm

Check Out time: 10 am
