Our downstairs cottage sleeps 8-9 people!
* Master bedroom with a king size bed, additional oversized upholstered chair, and a flat screen t.v. with DVD player
* Second bedroom with queen bed, full size bed, and twin trundle
* Full size sleeper in living room that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children
* Linens, towels, and beach towels provided
* Large bathroom with shower
* Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, and items needed for meal prep and serving
* T.V.'s in master bedroom (with DVD player), and living room (with DVD player)
* Leather couch, leather recliner, additional arm chair and 4-6 person dining table in the living room (extra chairs available to seat additional guests at dining table)
* Rocking chair, futon sofa, and additional 4 person dining table in the screened-in front porch area
* Free cable, wi-fi included- no telephone service provided
* Larger, newly constructed (March 2012) back-courtyard deck with additional seating, 2 X dining tables (seats 4 at each), gas grill, and enclosed hot/cold shower in our fully fenced back courtyard area
* Shared areas: laundry facilities, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, coolers, leaf blower, outdoor shower with hot and cold water
* Both cottages come equipped with "start-up" items such as hand soap, a few trash bags, a bar of soap in the shower, a roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dishwasher soap, and a filled propane tank for the gas grill. We will refill the propane tank as it runs out, but renters need to plan to provide items for their own personal stay beyond the "start-up" items listed above.
