The Beach Trail Cottages are the ideal Florida Beach Vacation homes for the family or individual. Our rentals consist of 2 separate newly updated units in the charming town of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. Indian Rocks Beach is located on the Gulf side of Florida and is about a 45 minute drive west of the Tampa International Airport.
This 2 story home was built in 1925 and has 2 private floors. The cottage offers the ever harder to find quaint, "Old Florida" atmosphere, yet equipped with the modern conveniences one is used to in today’s world. The cottage is on the second row of houses right by the beach and only a few minutes drive or walk to shopping and restaurants. This cottage is two doors away from a trolley ride which allows one to explore many miles along the gulf beaches. The cottage is a one-hundred step walk away from the pristine white sands and sparkling water of Indian Rocks Beach or the "Kooky Coconut" restaurant which serves delicious sandwiches, tacos, burgers, and ice cream.
Our downstairs cottage has 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has three single beds. We also have a convertible full sleeper in living room. There is 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. When you rent the lower cottage, you have access to a front screened sunporch with seating and there is also a large courtyard in the back of the property with a large sun deck and seating.
The upstairs cottage has 1 queen bedroom and 2 convertible queen sleepers (one is also located in the bedroom). There is also a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen in our upstairs cottage. Our upstairs cottage is "dog friendly". If you plan to bring along your four legged, furry family member, please let us know and we can provide you with information on our pet policy. There is a large balcony for the upstairs cottage with outdoor seating.
Our beautiful outdoor courtyard has an outdoor shower, a covered area with laundry machines, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys for your use. We have plenty of parking and separate designated parking areas for both the upstairs and downstairs cottages. Our tropical landscaping, decks, walkways, palms and oaks all contribute to creating a very relaxing "Old Florida" feeling. Our guests from Europe, Canada and from all over the USA have just loved their holidays spent with us.
